A 6 week (12 workouts) fitness class that Lu's Train Station offers in the fall.
Kickstart your fitness and add to your gym routine with highly motivational Drill Sergeant, Sergej Sinicin. Each week you will do activities like: Speed Drills, Agility Training, Obstacle Courses, Circuit Training, Strength Training and more.

This is a fun and motivating experience for men and women of all ages and fitness levels, with two groups: Beginners and Advanced.

Bootcamp is equivalent to a crash diet, helping you to get into shape quickly and get you out of the sweaty gym a couple nights a week and into some fresh air.
